Gregorio is an engineer and certified ski instructor who has dedicated his life to the mountains. Fueled by genuine passion, he spends back-to-back seasons between South America, Europe and United States. At EverFlow, he designs and leads personalized ski experiences in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, turning each day on snow into a story people want to tell.

Jeremy is a professional skier and certified Austrian Landeslehrer ski instructor with over four years of experience guiding and coaching skiers of all abilities. Raised in a family where skiing was a way of life, his passion for the mountains was inspired by his father, an experienced ski instructor who introduced him to the sport from an early age. With Spanish roots and Australian, Argentinian, and Austrian heritage, Jeremy naturally connects with people from different cultures and creates a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere on and off the slopes. When winter ends, he follows his other lifelong passion for the sea, combining his work in skiing with the nautical world. At EverFlow, Jeremy is known for his calm coaching style, strong technical foundation, and enthusiasm for helping every guest progress while enjoying every moment in the mountains.

Born and raised in Mallorca, Paolo found his passion for the mountains far from the island's beaches, first inspired by his father and quickly turned into a life on snow. In just four seasons he has earned the Staatlich geprüfter Skilehrer state certification through both the German Ski Instructors Association (DSLV) and the Austrian Ski Federation (ÖSV), a rare double credential for someone so young. Confident and sharp-eyed, he is known for a quality of technical analysis you seldom find at his age. At EverFlow, Paolo turns that clarity into fast, visible progress for every guest, on any slope.

Felipe has been sharing his passion for nature and mountain sports for over 20 years. As a fully certified snowboard instructor, he has worked across some of the world's most iconic mountain regions — from the East Coast, West Coast, and Rocky Mountains of the United States, to the Andes in Argentina, and now the Alps in Europe.

His international experience, combined with a calm and intuitive teaching style, allows him to quickly understand each client's needs and help them progress with confidence. Whether working with beginners or advanced riders, Felipe focuses on creating safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences in the mountains.
