EverFlow Experience was founded in 2022 by Juan Rodrigo Fernandez, a former member of the Argentinian Ski Team. What began as a ski school has grown into complete, tailor-made alpine trips.

From private coaching on snow to hotels, chalets, dining, wellness and transfers, every trip is planned around one group at a time, with local knowledge and the mountain culture of each place.

We host across the Alps. Our trips are multilingual and fully tailored: race-honed technique, and the kind of hosting that turns a trip into a story people want to tell.

Juan Rodrigo Fernandez

Founder and Managing Director

Juan is a former member of the Argentinian Ski Team, with over 60 FIS starts and more than 15 seasons racing at a high competitive level. Born in Mendoza, he grew up skiing in Las Leñas, in the Argentine Andes. Based in the Alps since 2022, he combines elite performance coaching with an engineering career in the energy sector, focused on decarbonisation and sustainability.

At EverFlow, Juan leads the vision: precise technique on snow, smart progression, and complete alpine trips, from lodging to logistics, built around each guest.

Gregorio Ubici

Commercial Director and Ski School Operator

Gregorio is an engineer and certified ski instructor who has dedicated his life to the mountains, spending back-to-back seasons between South America, Europe and the United States. He runs the commercial side of the ski school and leads personalised experiences in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Ashley Quirk

Business Development Lead

A devoted skier from New England, Ashley grew up racing in the US Ski and Snowboard VARA (Vermont) circuit. At 18 she moved to Munich for her bachelor's degree and has stayed close to the Alps ever since. She joined EverFlow to support its growth and share her passion for the slopes.

Jeremy Rossegger

Ski Instructor and Coach

A professional skier and certified Austrian Landeslehrer instructor with over four years guiding all abilities. Known for his calm coaching style and strong technical foundation, with Spanish roots and Australian, Argentinian and Austrian heritage.

Paolo Schwarz

Ski Instructor and Technique Specialist

Born in Mallorca, Paolo holds the Staatlich geprüfter Skilehrer certification through both the DSLV and the ÖSV, a rare double credential. He turns sharp technical analysis into fast, visible progress for every guest, on any slope.

Felipe De La Fuente

Snowboard Instructor and Guide

A fully certified snowboard instructor with over 20 years in some of the world's best-known mountain regions, from the US coasts and the Rockies to Argentina and the Alps. Calm, intuitive and focused on complete mountain experiences.

How we work

Licensed instructors, trusted partners.

We host, plan and coordinate. On the mountain we work with licensed instructors and guides, and with local partners where the rules of a country require it, so the standard is the same in every destination. EverFlow Experience is a member of the German Ski Instructors Association (DSLV).
