Where EverFlow began as a ski school: varied terrain for a first ski week, an hour and a half from Munich Airport.
Guide · Families
A good family week is planned around the youngest skier. How we plan one, and where we would go.
Small children feel every hour on the road, so the easiest family weeks start close to an airport. Seefeld is about 30 minutes from Innsbruck Airport, Garmisch-Partenkirchen about an hour and a half from Munich Airport, and Megève about an hour and a quarter from Geneva. We arrange the transfer, so the first day starts on the snow, not on the motorway.
Children learn fastest with someone who speaks their language and follows their pace. Private coaching is where EverFlow began, as a ski school in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We coach in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with German-speaking instructors across the Alps, and shape each day around the child: a first slide on the nursery slope, or a first red run with the parents. Ski and snowboard coaching.

Even keen young skiers are tired by the middle of the week. A morning of tobogganing, a winter walk or an afternoon in the pool keeps the week fun for everyone.
Berchtesgaden is made for this. At the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden, the local winter sports school plans the lessons with you in the lobby, and the 2.3 km natural toboggan run at Hochschwarzeck is reached by chairlift. Seefeld has the same calmer rhythm on a sunny plateau: Alpin Resort Sacher Seefeld has a 4,700 m² wellness area with an infinity pool and a natural bathing lake.
A chalet gives a family space and its own rhythm: meals when the children are hungry, a living room to play in after skiing, bedtimes nobody else hears. In Megève, some of the chalets we arrange let you ski back to the door. A hotel looks after everything and adds a spa and restaurants: the Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel near Lech has family suites and a heated indoor and outdoor pool. More in Chalet or hotel?
The weeks around Christmas and New Year, the February school holidays and Easter are the busiest in the Alps, and the larger chalets fill early. January, once New Year is over, and March are usually quieter. For families from Brazil and Argentina, the summer school holidays fall right in the alpine ski season. Tell us your dates as early as you can.
