Based in the Alps since 2022, he combines elite performance coaching with an engineering career in the energy sector, focused on decarbonization and sustainability.

Gregorio is an engineer and certified ski instructor who has dedicated his life to the mountains, spending back-to-back seasons between South America, Europe and the United States. He runs the commercial side of the ski school and leads personalized experiences in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
A devoted ski enthusiast from New England, Ashley grew up ski racing in the US Ski & Snowboard VARA (Vermont) racing circuit. At 18 she decided to study her bachelor's in Munich, and has stayed close to the Alps ever since. She joined EverFlow to support growth and share her passion for the slopes.
