EverFlow Experience is a boutique ski school founded by Juan Rodrigo Fernandez — former Argentinian Ski Team racer, based in Germany since 2022—together with his co-founder Gregorio Ubici, whose easygoing, people-first spirit turns every day on snow into a shared adventure. After seasons teaching and riding across the U.S., Argentina, and the Alps, Juan built EverFlow to offer handpicked, bespoke ski days in the Bavarian Alps, grounded in expert coaching and authentic mountain culture. Lessons are multilingual and fully tailored, blending Juan’s race-honed technique with Gregorio’s natural gift for connection and unforgettable hosting.

JUAN RODRIGO FERNANDEZ

Founder / Managing Director

Juan is a former member of the Argentinian Ski Team with over 60 FIS starts and more than 15 seasons racing at a high competitive level. Based in Germany since 2022, he combines elite performance coaching with an engineering career in the energy and hydrogen sector, focused on decarbonization and renewable PPAs. At EverFlow, Juan leads the on-snow vision: precise technique, smart progression, and unforgettable days in the mountains.

GREGORIO UBICI

Co-Founder / Operations Manager

Gregorio is an engineer and certified ski instructor who has dedicated his life to the mountains. Fueled by genuine passion, he spends back-to-back seasons between South America, Europe and United States. At EverFlow, he designs and leads personalized ski experiences in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, turning each day on snow into a story people want to tell.
